- GM Difference – David Nelson was heavily involved in both training and coaching of the GM Difference in South Africa. A programme that was adapted from internationally developed material for GM worldwide.
- Quazar, developed an end-to-end training management system that was used to manage the whole GM difference from managing the candidates, the training dates and the facilitators, recording results and distributing material.
