Responsible for the coaching, mentoring, training and dealer development programs. Paul has a wealth of experience within the Automotive Industry from selling, through Sales Management and Dealer Principal to Consultant, trainer, speaker and business owner.
He was involved in developing and delivering training and consulting for Mitsubishi in the UK and has consulted and trained for Audi South Africa, Volkswagen South Africa, Barloworld and McCarthy.
Paul has been actively involved over the last few years in consulting and training to Audi and Volkswagen South Africa with the MasterCars programme, the Audi Pre-owned programme, Aftersales development and dealer development
He continues to develop his own knowledge base and is about to conclude his Masters in Leadership & Management, specialising in change management, to add to his honours degrees in Economics and Sociology.
Nick has over a decade’s experience in the automotive industry. Awarded a BCom degree in Marketing and Business Management, he entered the industry as a sales executive, moving up a Sales Manager position and then Dealer Principal.
Nick has worked with brands including Renault, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi and Nissan. Nick has a broad base of Dealership understanding and has been involved in projects for Volkswagen in MasterCars and Aftersales where he provides in-dealership coaching and consulting.
Nick has a passion for making people successful and uses his entrepreneurship to create success for the Dealers he works with. Nick is heading up the project to introduce ASE – Global services to South Africa providing exceptional data to both OEM and Dealers.
David has extensive leadership and management development credentials across a number of industries including the Automotive Industry.
He has worked in training and coaching for sales, service, CSI and CRM for General Motors, BMW, Honda, Toyota, Super Group and Imperial. In addition, he brings a wealth of experience in marketing, change management, NLP and strategy and is qualified as an Eduprofilogist (through Dr. Annette Martins and Associates) providing Genetic Organisational Brain Profiling (GBOP) services.
David was at the forefront of Quazar’s involvement in delivering and coaching of the Volkswagen Aftersales Business Process Alignment programme in 2017.
Gilles is an associate of Quazar and has his own successful Automotive Consultancy based in France.
Gilles consults and provides training in French speaking markets. Through his own consultancy Gilles has run the Used Car operations for Audi France, acting as National Used Car Manager, trainer and development consultant.
He recently qualified as an HEC Executive Coach from France’s leading Business School.
