  • Providing access to the coach via phone and email
  • After 6-months all Dealerships are more profitable and 80% are significantly more profitable – over 50% more net profit
  • Being rolled out now to an additional 50 dealerships nationwide
  • Volkswagen South Africa MasterCars 2.0 (ongoing):
  • Worked with VW Germany to develop the material
  • Localised and enhance material for South African market
  • Delivered Sales Managers basic and advanced training modules in the pilot phase to 10 dealers
  • Delivered Sales Executives basic and advanced training modules in the pilot phase to 10 dealers
  • Extending the programme in 2017 to cover another 50 dealers
